Compaction Testing
Using a penetrometer, we can determine how compacted your soil is. At 150-200 psi, compaction begin to inhibit root effectiveness. At 200-300 psi, root growth slows down, and at 300 psi, roots shorten and water and nutrient uptake drops dramatically.
